CIPD Member profile

After almost two full days of live blogging/tweeting/learning/schmoozing at the brilliant 2014 Annual Conference and Exhibition, the CIPD put me in front of a camera to talk about being a Chartered FCIPD member – something I am very proud of. It was certainly a novel experience to have the full “film crew and make up” experience – I discovered it definitely isn’t as easy to answer questions when the cameras are rolling and the lights are on you as some people make it look! Still, it was fun (for me – I’m not so sure about the interviewer who had to keep telling me off for looking into the camera) and a good learning experience…
